About the position

Innovation Centre Denmark Seoul (ICDK) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Danish master's student to join our team from 1 August 2024 to 31 January, 2025. ICDK is a dynamic team of seven individuals who operate as part of the Danish Embassy in South Korea. The team's mission is to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and networks within research and innovation between Denmark and South Korea.

As an ICDK Intern, you work as an integrated part of our team with many different tasks. You play an important role in our communication and social media efforts to convey our activities, promote the organization and its initiatives, and keep up with the latest Korean news. In addition to communication, you will also have the opportunity to be part of other tasks, within project management, event planning, and delegations. You will work closely with our leadership team and will be able to contribute your own ideas and perspectives.

This internship offers a unique chance for you to gain valuable, hands-on experience in an international setting. Not only will you be exposed to diverse perspectives and cultures, but  you will be working in a collaborative and diverse environment, alongside five other interns from various backgrounds. This allows for a great intern environment both professionally and socially. We help you with housing and guidance to help you navigate your new surroundings in South Korea.

General qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Denmark
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Danish)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
