Thomas Lehmann is now officially Danish Ambassador to the Republic of Korea

Since his arrival in Seoul on the 1st of August, Thomas Lehmann has functioned as ambassador-designate and today he formally assumed the position as Danish Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. Ambassador Thomas Lehmann presented his credentials to H. E. President Park Geun-hye at a ceremony at the Blue House, after which they sat down for a discussion regarding the future of the two countries’ relationship.


Ambassador Lehmann says, “It was a great honour to meet the President of the Republic of Korea, with whom I had a fruitful conversation about our common wish to further strengthen the strategic partnership between our two countries. It is a great honour for me to serve as Ambassador of Denmark to this great country.”
